Goiuvo.com processes your order within 1 business day. Once we have shipped your package, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation and a tracking number will be attached so that you can check the status of your package.


Shipping Time

- For Registered Airmail, over 98% packages can be arrived in 1 to 2 weeks *
- For EMS SpeedPost or DHL, over 98% packages can be arrived in 2 to 4 business days *

Good Protection

All packages are packed in well-protective carton box instead of envelope for the best protection.

Shipping Status Tracking

A tracking number will be provided the day we ship your package. You can check the shipping status of your package according to the tracking number. EMS Speedpost or DHL offer better tracking information than Registered Airmail.
* No one can guarantee the exact shipping time because it can be affected by factors such as postal delay or customs inspection. Please inform us if you do not receive your package within 3 weeks.

 

Return Policy:

Shipping Damage

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. “If you discover shipping damage after accepting delivery, but within 3 days of the arrival of the package, do not discard the packaging material and contact us immediately. The customer shall bear the return shipping cost. Once we have received the item and verified that the damage was caused during shipping, we will send you a new item
or refund your money. We will bear the cost of resending the product.


Factory Warranty

Goiuvo.com offers a factory warranty. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery date of the product. Send the product back to us, ensuring that it is in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to goiuvo.com. Once we have received the product and verified that it has a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new product or refund your money. We will bear the cost of resending you the product.

Goiuvo.com reserves the right to modify its shipping & returns policy as and when it deems necessary. As a customer, it is your responsibility to refer to the shipping and returns policy before placing an order.
