Shipping Damage

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. “If you discover shipping damage after accepting delivery, but within 3 days of the arrival of the package, do not discard the packaging material and contact us immediately. The customer shall bear the return shipping cost. Once we have received the item and verified that the damage was caused during shipping, we will send you a new item
or refund your money. We will bear the cost of resending the product.

Factory Warranty

Goiuvo.com offers a factory warranty. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery date of the product. Send the product back to us, ensuring that it is in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to goiuvo.com. Once we have received the product and verified that it has a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new product or refund your money. We will bear the cost of resending you the product.

Other Terms and Conditions

Goiuvo.com reserves the right to modify its shipping & returns policy as and when it deems necessary. As a customer, it is your responsibility to refer to the shipping and returns policy before placing an order.
